STEP 8 : Frying

 

Full cooking of the products upstream minimizes frying time since this step is only required to brown the breadcrumbs, which reduces oil absorption by the finished product. From the beginning to the end of production, perfect control ensures a golden and crispy product that retains a tasty taste.

An oil circulation and filtration system ensures that the oil remains constant and clean throughout the frying process. An upper, height-adjustable belt keeps the products immersed and allows them to circulate continuously in the oil, so that the frying time and the color of the product are always controlled.

The fryer fixes the product coating and guarantees your products an attractive, gilded finish.
