A unique hot air system, used upstream, which maximizes efficiency.
A 3-in-1 process for steaming, cooking or roasting depending on product needs. Equipped with an ingenious, extreme velocity, computer-programmed system that allows control of the macroclimate (the ideal surrounding atmosphere for the oven) and microclimate (the desired temperature, humidity and air speed directly around the product). A double washing system integrated and controlled by PLC touch screen.
