STEP 10 : Automatic packaging

The multi-head scale. Our multi-head weighing solutions meet all logistical requirements. An automatic selection of portions and packaging (practically all types of components such as, thermo pack, pillow bag, gusset bag, with or without handle in formats from 500 grams to 2 kilos). The conveyor feeds and directs the products to the center of the multi-head scale, where a vibrating distributor distributes the products evenly to the line feeders, which gently and evenly feed the products into a calibrator for optimal portion accuracy and final bagging.

Vertical packaging and sealing systems use servomotors to unroll a plastic sheet and transform it into a pouch by thermal processing. This bag is then filled with a defined amount of product and sealed. The bag is then transported by a conveyor belt to the weighing and metal detector and finally packaged.
