Marel is proud to present the patented Helix Drum forming technology for the prestigious RevoPortioner, which replaces intermittent low-pressure rotary forming with continuous filling.

In the patented Helix Drum, product shapes are positioned along a helical line. The use of a diagonal arrangement saves space to accommodate an additional row of shapes, resulting in a cost-effective increase in production volume. In addition, the RevoPortioner system is less exposed to wear and tear and production, although already very smooth, is more reliable and robust. The meat throughput is more constant, resulting in a more consistent and optimal end product.
